Despite the steadily high prices of Boulder County, there are many gems still hiding in plain site.
Many are simply on the edges of good neighborhoods or hidden away in areas people don't tend to drive and therefore, know. Some are simply camouflaged behind bad paint jobs, unfortunate landscaping choices or bad remodels. Some are parcels of land right outside the town boundaries with huge possibilities.
To find them, we have to open ourselves to new neighborhoods and visualize what a house can really be. Do the math and look at the cost savings of the house vs the time and effort to give it the care, design and features it deserves to reach its highest potential.
I love fixing up houses, and I also love knowing I got a great deal.
